Launch Site

This site was completed while working as Creative Director at MS&L Digital.

FastLane was started in January 2005 and aside from a few tweaks here and there the design was more or less unaltered until now. We were asked to not only rethink the design of the site but to also update it in terms of functionality. We incorporated several new tools to accomplish this task including a Twitter feature highlighting the latest activity from our feed, an embedded YouTube video player to view the latest GM video and we also pull the GM Flickr photos into the site. Some additional features include streaming comments to more easily keep up with what GM has to say as well as FastLane site users. The FastLane site has often been referred to as the premiere corporate blog case study and this redesign is a small way to keep that statement true and keep the site more relevant for today’s audience.
